Powerlifting
Rules for Powerlifting:
Player Eligibility
- Interested participant will go through selection process before glory event.
- Participant should be free from any previous bone injury.
- Candidate should have above 55kg body weight.
- Should be familiar with basic compound exercise.
Ground Rules
·
- Lifters should wear sportswear along with shoes. Lifters are encouraged to wear clothing that is well-fitting and is not too bulky.
- Use of any equipment which aids a lifter is prohibited.
- Judges have the right to declare any equipment illegal.
The order of the lifts will be as follows

- The lifter will be give point on basis of each lift. For each successful attempt 5 point will be awarded.
- Failure to comply with any of the requirements contained in the rules and instructions will leads to disqualification.
- Winner will be determined based on maximum score in overall attempt.

instructions will be provided to the selected participants after selection)
