Powerlifting

     Rules for Powerlifting:

      Player Eligibility
  •  Interested participant will go through selection process before glory event.
  •  Participant should be free from any previous bone injury.
  •  Candidate should have above 55kg body weight.
  •   Should be familiar with basic compound exercise.
     Ground Rules

  • Lifters should wear sportswear along with shoes. Lifters are encouraged to wear clothing that is well-fitting and is not too bulky.
  • Use of any equipment which aids a lifter is prohibited.  
  • Judges have the right to declare any equipment illegal.


       The order of the lifts will be as follows

  •  The lifter will be give point on basis of each lift. For each successful attempt 5 point will be awarded.
  • Failure to comply with any of the requirements contained in the rules and instructions will leads to disqualification.  
  • Winner will be determined based on maximum score in overall attempt.
